We arrived in Rome for 2 nights after a 7hr drive incl a 2hr traffic jam, a detour due to a closed autostrade, and after getting lost for an hour. We were tired, stressed, cranky and hungry and it was 9.30pm at night. Piers could not have been more helpful. He very quickly gave us the rundown on the hotel (which is actually 2floors in a secured townhouse shared with a 2 or 3 other hotels), a city map highlighting all the historical landmarks and the best routes as to how to get to them, and breakfast details. There is an antiquated lift which only fits 1 person and 2 suitcases, so Piers insisted on carrying my suitcase up the stairs, taking us to our room and showing us where everything was inside (we had the White room - the rooms on the first floor have letters rather than numbers, and on the second floor they are colours - the White room was fabulous!). Breakfast was cold foods, but plentiful and delicious, wifi free and with excellent coverage. The location is excellent - everything is within easy walking distance, but the hotel is far enough off the main streets to be quiet. There is no parking in the hotel, but it is next door to a parking garage which is locked up overnight and is reasonably priced (for Rome, anyway). All staff are very friendly and have excellent English.
No complaints here - really happy we booked this hotel.

We had a bad trip up to Rome and we where not in the best mood, we showed up to suite dreams and where greeted on arrival given a map shown everything we needed to know about Rome got told anything we needed or wanted to let them know, we received our free wifi then got show to our amazing room so clean and spasious with aircon and big bed we where so happy it made our day!! The staff where amazing!!
If I had to be really fussy the location was good for public transport and trains like 3 min walk to the stops but if you wanted to walk anywhere it would be a 20 min walk, but we where happy with trains they are so easy!

My wife and I had a few days to spend in Rome on a limited budget. This hotel completely met our expectations. Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and breakfast was fantastic. Access to free internet was also an added bonus we didn't expect.

The room was beautiful, exactly as shown online. It was large, modern and clean. The air conditioning worked well, and there were automated shutters to completely blackout the morning light if you wanted a lie on. There was free wifi, which I appreciated to avoid high roaming charges on my smart phone. The shower was fantastic. It was like a double sized shower, lined with rough granite tiles and two shower heads. Very much appreciated in the hot Rome weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right beside the Republica metro station for easy access to all parts of the city at €1 for a 70 minute ticket. The tv had two English stations on it, cnn and bbc world news. I can't recommend this hotel enough, but book early as I just caught the last room and I had booked a couple of months in advance. I didn't avail of the optional €10 breakfast, so I can't comment on that.
The lift was quaint, a real old style lift with manual doors. But it was a struggle getting suit cases through the outer door and inner split doors. There would be enough room for 1 person and 2 large suitcases only. But the hotel is small and there isn't a queue for it. If I return to Rome I'll definitely use Suite Dreams again and would gladly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Very nice and big room, not the usual tiny european rooms. Breakfast had good variety. Atention of the front staff was excellent. Very well located.
The only thing is that you need to climb stairs or use avery old elevator. For us it was not an issue but for some people could be

The location is superb-just a quick walk to Termini and public transport. Our room was cool during the hot summer days, and check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff who provided helpful maps.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options nearby.

Both the lady staff we dealt with are very nice. The lady in charge at night gave excellent service - she responded immediately to all our requests. Thank you.
The only thing to change are the pillows, they dont feel like pillows anymore, they are so flat it feels like bedsheet.

Great location very near to public transport and shopping.
Beds and pullows were appalling for a hotel that's this kind of price!
